The creations with an avocado are endless. This is just one way an avocado can be transformed into a beautiful presentation that will help elevate any meal.

For the avocado, it’s best if the avocado is ripe but not to the point where it’s too soft. If it’s too soft, it might not hold its shape. Before finalizing this video, I tried a few times with different avocados but it just wasn’t working well. Maybe avocados are not in season now so I wasn’t able to find a good quality Hass avocado. Whatever the case may be, the avocado in this video was ripe but the top part of the avocado was a bit firm. So, as seen in the video, it wasn’t initially curling up as easily.
