A tasty, creamy and easy-to-make recipe that contains kale for extra nutrients. It’s great to serve with tacos, chips, veggies, burritos, etc.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Hass avocados
  • 1/2 cup packed cilantro, may add less if desired
  • 1 small-sized tuscan kale, stem removed
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture is well combined and smooth in texture, scraping down the sides when needed.
  2. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
